Help
Shipping, clearly explained.
Orders on PAWITURE are shipped by the independent brand you purchase from. Each seller manages its own shipping price, processing time, and fulfillment, while PAWITURE keeps the order experience clear and consistent.
Here's what to expect before and after you place an order.
Before you order
Shipping details should be clear before you buy.
- Shipping destinations
PAWITURE supports shipping to eligible delivery addresses within the United States. Availability for a particular address depends on the applicable checkout and seller shipping arrangements.
- Shipping cost
Each independent brand sets its own shipping price. The applicable shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Shipping charges may vary between brands.
- Processing time
Sellers set the time they typically need to prepare an order before handing it to the carrier.
- One brand per checkout
Each PAWITURE checkout contains products from one independent brand, keeping shipping and fulfillment responsibility clear. Purchases from different brands require separate checkouts.
- Free shipping
A seller may offer free shipping or a free-shipping threshold when available for its storefront. Any applicable shipping offer is reflected in the charges presented at checkout.
From order to delivery
What happens after you place an order.
- 01Order placed
Your order is created with the independent brand you purchased from, subject to successful payment and order processing.
- 02Seller prepares your order
The seller processes and prepares your purchase according to its stated processing time.
- 03Order ships
The seller arranges shipment through its chosen carrier. Carrier and tracking information can be added to your order when applicable.
- 04Follow shipment
Use your PAWITURE order information and any available tracking details to follow the shipment after it leaves the seller.
Delivery timing
Processing time and transit time are not the same.
Processing time
The time the independent brand needs to prepare an order and hand it to the carrier.
Transit time
The time the carrier takes to transport the shipment from the seller to the delivery address.
The total time to receive an order depends on both.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances may affect delivery timing.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless an express delivery commitment is made. Sellers must still meet their applicable shipment obligations, including any legally required notices, cancellation options, or refunds when an order cannot be shipped on time.
Clear responsibilities
The independent brand fulfills the order.
Independent brand
The brand you purchase from is responsible for preparing your order, choosing its shipping carrier, arranging fulfillment, and providing applicable shipping and tracking information.
The brand is also responsible for addressing shipment-related concerns according to its marketplace obligations and applicable law.
PAWITURE
PAWITURE provides the marketplace structure around the order, including a consistent checkout experience, relevant order information, and order-related communication.
PAWITURE may assist with unresolved shipping concerns, coordinate appropriate authorized refunds, or take marketplace action where necessary and within its responsibilities.
Tracking
Follow your order after it ships.
Once the seller adds carrier and tracking information, those details can be associated with your PAWITURE order so you can follow the shipment.
Tracking information is available when provided for the shipment by the seller or carrier.
Not every shipment will necessarily have tracking information available, and carrier updates may not appear immediately.
When shipping doesn't go as expected
Delayed, missing or damaged orders.
- If your order hasn't shipped
Contact the independent brand through your PAWITURE order information if the stated processing period has passed or you have concerns about shipment.
When an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised or legally required timeframe, the responsible parties must provide any delay notice, opportunity to agree to a revised shipment time, cancellation option, or refund required by law.
If a seller cannot fulfill an order, the purchase must be resolved in accordance with applicable law, including cancellation and an appropriate refund where required.
- If a shipment is delayed or missing
If tracking stops updating, your package appears lost, or it is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the independent brand so it can review the available shipping information.
The seller should address the concern according to the circumstances and applicable obligations. A carrier's involvement does not automatically remove any legally required customer remedy.
- If your order arrives damaged
Contact the independent brand through your order and describe the problem. Photographs may help explain the damage where reasonably available.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund, or another resolution.
- If your delivery address is incorrect
Please provide accurate delivery details when placing an order. If you notice an error afterward, contact the independent brand as soon as possible.
Address changes may not be possible once a shipment is prepared or dispatched. Any resulting responsibilities or remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
