Terms

Terms governing use of PAWITURE and the marketplace experience.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Using PAWITURE

PAWITURE provides an online marketplace where customers can browse and purchase products offered by independent pet and pet-lifestyle brands.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PAWITURE website, marketplace, checkout, and related services. By accessing or using PAWITURE, including placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the marketplace.

You may use PAWITURE only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When placing an order, contacting support, or using a marketplace feature, you agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete information.

PAWITURE currently serves supported customers and delivery destinations within the United States. Purchases are processed in U.S. dollars.

You do not need to create a PAWITURE account or install an application to purchase products. Guest checkout is available through a web browser.

Guest orders and access to information

Following a purchase, PAWITURE provides order confirmation and access to relevant order information, including available order status, communication, and shipment details.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for taking reasonable care to protect confidential order-access information sent to you. You should not share access to another person's order or attempt to access order information without authorization.

If you believe someone has accessed your order information without permission, contact PAWITURE support.

Seller accounts

Independent brands participating as sellers are subject to additional eligibility requirements, marketplace standards, and the separate PAWITURE Seller Agreement. These customer-facing Terms do not replace those seller obligations.

2. The PAWITURE Marketplace

PAWITURE is a curated marketplace that brings together products offered by independent brands within a consistent shopping experience.

PAWITURE operates the marketplace website, establishes participation and product standards, provides the checkout experience, maintains relevant marketplace order information, and supports appropriate order-related communication and issue resolution.

Independent brands and their responsibilities

Unless clearly stated otherwise, products available through PAWITURE are offered and sold by the independent brand identified on the relevant storefront, product page, or purchase information.

Independent brands are responsible for the products they offer, including:

  • Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and representations.
  • Product pricing, available variations, and inventory.
  • Product safety, quality, labeling, and applicable legal requirements.
  • Shipping charges and stated order-processing times.
  • Preparing, packaging, and fulfilling purchased orders.
  • Providing accurate fulfillment and tracking information where applicable.
  • Addressing order-related questions, returns, and customer remedies in accordance with applicable law and marketplace requirements.

Product information is generally provided by the relevant independent brand. While PAWITURE maintains marketplace standards and may review or remove listings, the appearance of a product on PAWITURE does not constitute a guarantee that every seller statement has been independently verified.

PAWITURE's responsibilities

PAWITURE maintains and administers the marketplace experience and retains responsibility for its own actions and obligations under applicable law.

PAWITURE may investigate reported concerns, assist with unresolved orders, coordinate appropriate refunds or disputes, and restrict products or seller participation when reasonably necessary to protect customers, comply with legal obligations, or enforce marketplace standards.

The allocation of responsibilities between PAWITURE and an independent seller does not limit rights or remedies that applicable law provides to customers.

Product information and availability

Independent brands must provide accurate product information. Nevertheless, inventory, pricing, variations, and availability may change.

Photographs and other product materials are intended to represent the offered products. Actual appearance may vary within reasonable limits, such as differences caused by screen settings. Material product characteristics must not be misrepresented.

If you believe a product listing is materially inaccurate, misleading, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate, you may report the concern to PAWITURE.

3. Orders, Payments and Refunds

Placing an order

Each PAWITURE checkout contains products from one independent brand. Products offered by different brands must be purchased through separate checkouts.

Before submitting an order, you should review the products, quantities, variations, shipping information, and total charges presented at checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, contact information, and other details reasonably necessary to complete and support the transaction.

Submitting an order requests the purchase of the selected products. Orders are subject to successful payment processing, product availability, applicable marketplace requirements, and circumstances affecting lawful fulfillment.

An order confirmation acknowledges the transaction information recorded through PAWITURE. It does not guarantee that an unavailable, prohibited, incorrectly listed, or otherwise unfulfillable product will be shipped.

The legal formation and fulfillment of a purchase remain subject to applicable law and the terms communicated in the purchasing experience.

Pricing and payment

Independent brands determine their permitted product prices and basic shipping charges within PAWITURE's marketplace requirements.

Product prices, applicable shipping charges, any sales tax required for the transaction, and the final amount payable are presented during checkout.

Payment is completed through PAWITURE's checkout experience using authorized third-party payment-processing services.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment transaction for the amount presented at checkout.

PAWITURE does not add a separate buyer-facing marketplace commission or payment-processing surcharge.

Payment transactions may be declined, interrupted, or subject to appropriate verification for legitimate payment-security, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons. If payment is unsuccessful, the order may not be completed.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Independent brands must maintain accurate tax information and the tax registrations required for their businesses.

Legal responsibility for tax collection, reporting, and remittance depends on applicable law, including any relevant marketplace-facilitator requirements. Nothing in these Terms transfers a statutory tax obligation away from the party legally responsible for it.

Pricing errors and unavailable products

If a material pricing, product-information, or inventory error is identified, the independent seller or PAWITURE may take appropriate steps to correct the error, seek your agreement to a lawful change, or cancel the affected purchase when permitted by law.

You will not be charged an additional amount without appropriate authorization.

If a paid order is canceled because the product cannot be supplied or the transaction cannot lawfully be completed, the amount due back to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Any required cancellation notice or refund must be provided within the legally applicable time.

Refund processing

When a refund is authorized or legally required, it will ordinarily be issued through the original payment method, where supported and appropriate.

Refund processing and the time required for funds to appear may depend on the payment provider and your financial institution. Applicable legal refund deadlines remain controlling.

Nothing in these Terms reduces any refund amount or remedy to which you are entitled under applicable law.

4. Shipping, Returns and Order Support

Shipping and fulfillment

Independent brands are responsible for preparing and fulfilling orders placed with them through PAWITURE.

Shipping charges and relevant processing information are provided during the purchase experience. The seller's stated processing time generally describes the period needed to prepare an order before shipment.

Carrier transit time is separate from order-processing time. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless a legally enforceable delivery commitment is expressly made.

Independent brands are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and fulfilling orders in accordance with their representations and applicable law.

A delay caused by a carrier or another third party does not automatically eliminate rights or obligations arising under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Delays, unfulfilled orders and delivery problems

If an independent brand cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required period, the responsible parties must provide any delay notice, cancellation opportunity, consent procedure, or refund required by law.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer is entitled to the applicable cancellation and refund remedies.

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged during delivery, delivered incorrectly, or shown as delivered but cannot be located, contact the independent brand through your PAWITURE order information.

The seller is responsible for investigating and addressing fulfillment issues as required by the circumstances, its applicable obligations, and the law.

If the seller does not resolve the issue appropriately, you may contact PAWITURE for further assistance.

Returns and exchanges

Return eligibility for an ordinary change-of-mind request is generally determined by the independent brand's disclosed return conditions, subject to PAWITURE's marketplace requirements and applicable law.

Different products or brands may have different return conditions. You should review the relevant information before purchasing.

Seller-specific return restrictions do not override mandatory consumer protections or other legally required remedies.

A product that arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, is incorrect, or presents another legally significant problem may require a different remedy from an ordinary discretionary return.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include correction of the order, replacement, cancellation, or a refund.

PAWITURE does not promise that every return request will be automatically approved or that all discretionary returns will be free of charge.

Refund requests and unresolved concerns

For a return or refund concerning a specific purchase, begin by contacting the independent brand using the order-related communication available through PAWITURE.

Provide the order details and a reasonable description of the issue. Supporting photographs or other information may be helpful when relevant, but customers will not be required to surrender legally protected remedies because they cannot provide evidence beyond what the law reasonably requires.

Where a seller does not respond, cannot resolve the matter, or appears not to have complied with applicable marketplace or legal obligations, PAWITURE may review the available order information and assist or intervene as appropriate.

PAWITURE may coordinate or authorize relevant refund actions within its payment arrangements, contractual authority, and legal obligations.

The outcome of a request depends on the facts, the applicable return conditions, and the rights and responsibilities established by law.

Payment disputes and customer rights

You may have rights to dispute a payment through your card issuer or payment provider, subject to the applicable rules and legal requirements.

PAWITURE may assist with information concerning an order or coordinate a payment dispute where appropriate.

Contacting PAWITURE is not intended to waive or shorten any statutory deadline for pursuing a chargeback, reporting unauthorized activity, or exercising another available consumer remedy.

Order communication and support

Customers can use the available PAWITURE order experience to review relevant purchase information and communicate about specific orders.

For broader marketplace concerns or unresolved seller issues, PAWITURE support may provide assistance through its established support channels.

PAWITURE does not guarantee an immediate resolution to every inquiry, but will address matters within its responsibilities and applicable legal obligations.

For additional information, please review our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use PAWITURE for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.

In particular, you may not:

  • Impersonate another person, customer, independent brand, or business.
  • Provide materially false information or misuse another person's personal or payment information.
  • Attempt to access an account, order, or system without authorization.
  • Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of PAWITURE.
  • Introduce malicious software, harmful code, or intentionally disruptive material.
  • Use automated access, scraping, or similar activity in a manner that violates applicable law, circumvents access controls, or materially interferes with the marketplace.
  • Attempt to bypass payment, authentication, order-access, or marketplace security measures.
  • Manipulate transactions, engage in payment fraud, or interfere with legitimate purchases.
  • Use order-related communication to threaten, harass, deceive, or send unauthorized promotional or otherwise unlawful messages.
  • Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights of PAWITURE, independent brands, customers, or third parties.

PAWITURE may take proportionate and reasonable steps to investigate or address suspected violations, protect affected customers, maintain marketplace integrity, and comply with legal obligations.

Such measures may include restricting access, removing prohibited materials, reviewing relevant transactions, or referring appropriate matters to authorized payment providers or competent authorities.

Any action taken will remain subject to applicable law and the rights of affected parties.

6. Intellectual Property and Marketplace Enforcement

PAWITURE content and branding

The PAWITURE name, branding, marketplace design, software, website materials, and other content owned or licensed by PAWITURE are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website and its materials for ordinary, lawful personal shopping and other uses expressly permitted by PAWITURE or applicable law.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or use PAWITURE-owned materials in a misleading or unauthorized manner, except where permitted by law or with appropriate authorization.

Independent brand materials

Product photographs, descriptions, trademarks, logos, brand names, and other materials supplied by independent brands or third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Displaying these materials through PAWITURE does not transfer ownership of them to PAWITURE or to customers.

Independent brands are responsible for having the appropriate rights to the content they supply. PAWITURE may display that content as necessary to operate the marketplace and present the relevant products and storefronts.

Reported infringements and prohibited content

If you believe that content available through PAWITURE infringes your intellectual-property rights or otherwise violates applicable law, you may report the concern using PAWITURE's contact channels.

PAWITURE may review relevant information, request additional details, restrict or remove content, or take other appropriate action consistent with its legal obligations and marketplace rules.

PAWITURE does not guarantee that every listing, product statement, or item of seller-provided content has been independently reviewed before publication.

Marketplace enforcement

PAWITURE may remove or restrict content, listings, storefronts, or access to marketplace services when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, applicable law, marketplace standards, security requirements, or prohibited-product rules.

Where appropriate, PAWITURE may investigate concerns or request information before taking action. Urgent safety, fraud, security, or legal risks may justify immediate restrictions.

These marketplace protections do not remove obligations owed to customers for valid existing orders, refunds, or other legally protected claims.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

PAWITURE provides the marketplace environment and purchasing experience through which independent brands offer and sell their products.

Independent brands are responsible for their products, their product-related representations, and their preparation and fulfillment of orders, subject to PAWITURE's marketplace requirements and applicable law.

PAWITURE does not independently manufacture the products offered by participating brands merely by providing the marketplace.

Marketplace availability and third-party services

PAWITURE seeks to provide a reliable purchasing experience but does not guarantee that its website or services will be available without interruption, temporary errors, maintenance, or delays.

Certain functions depend on independent brands, carriers, payment providers, and other service providers. Their availability and performance may affect the customer experience.

PAWITURE does not guarantee that every listed product will remain available, that all seller-provided information will always be error-free, or that circumstances outside its reasonable control will never affect a transaction.

These statements do not exclude PAWITURE's responsibility for its own legally actionable conduct or duties imposed by law.

Warranties and legal rights

Except for commitments expressly made by PAWITURE or protections required by applicable law, PAWITURE does not provide an additional general guarantee concerning products independently offered by sellers.

Any applicable product warranties, product-safety requirements, statutory remedies, or other legally protected rights remain in effect.

Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility from a seller or PAWITURE where applicable law imposes that responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PAWITURE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the marketplace where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

This limitation does not apply to the extent prohibited by law, and it does not exclude or limit liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights relating to defective products, unauthorized charges, legally required refunds, consumer protection, personal injury, fraud, or other matters to the extent such limitations would be unlawful.

PAWITURE remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Changes, Governing Law and Contact

Changes to these Terms

PAWITURE may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace operations, applicable law, or legitimate business requirements.

The revised Terms will be made available on this page, together with an updated publication or effective date.

Where required by applicable law, PAWITURE will provide appropriate notice of material changes or obtain additional agreement before revised terms take effect.

Changes will not retroactively eliminate accrued rights, alter completed transactions, or reduce remedies that customers were legally entitled to under the terms and laws applicable to their purchases.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law, including relevant consumer-protection requirements.

If you have a question or concern about a purchase, we encourage you to contact the independent brand and, where appropriate, PAWITURE support so the matter can be reviewed.

Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory private arbitration, waives statutory customer remedies, or prevents you from pursuing rights available through applicable law, payment-provider procedures, or competent courts and authorities.

Any legal proceedings or dispute-resolution requirements remain subject to the jurisdiction and procedures established by applicable law.

Privacy

PAWITURE's collection, use, and handling of personal information are described in its Privacy Policy.

Personal and order information may be shared with the relevant independent brand and necessary service providers to the extent appropriate for fulfilling purchases, operating the marketplace, supporting customers, and complying with applicable law.

Ordinary customer-service communications do not necessarily constitute legally sufficient formal notice or service of legal process. Any formal legal notice or service must comply with the requirements of applicable law.
